Welcome to Deer Park Estates.

As you can imagine, the response to our community, Deer Park Estates, has been overwhelming. In order to meet the needs of all of our purchasers, we have developed the following sales & contract signing process:

  Once you have reviewed the brochure feel free to contact our sales team by phone or email to answer any questions you may have—we are here to help you!
  You and a member of our sales staff would then sit down, select your lot and home and sign the agreement.
  A non-refundable Reservation Deposit ($500.00) is due when the agreement is signed.
  After the agreement is fully executed, we will make two (2) copies for you – one for you, and one for you to deliver to your attorney.
  The front page of the agreement will have a date written in Paragraph 1.b. This is the date that your Initial Earnest Money Deposit of 10% of the purchase price of your home is due. This date also reflects the expiration of the Attorney Approval Contingency. Thus, any comments that your attorney may have to the agreement must be received well in advance of this date so that there is sufficient time to make possible modifications to the agreement.
  If you choose to terminate the contract during the attorney approval period, you would forfeit your non-refundable Reservation Deposit ($500.00) and have no further obligations.
